The old Parker luck rears it’s head once again as Peter (and Anna Maria) manage to save his employees from the Ghost, but aren’t able to do the same with the building, Parker Industries comes crumbling down and Sajani is pissed to learn Peter still has an ‘association’ with Spidey. Across town, Aunt May and Jay are kidnapped by the Black Cat looking to reassemble her collection. After becoming increasingly unhinged, Felicia finally goes completely off the wall, putting everyone including herself in mortal peril.
